A car traveling southbound crossed the northbound lanes and did a decent amount of damage to the front entrance this morning including knocking down a palm tree, damage to a lot of small shrubs and damage to some of the landscape lighting. A police report was obtained and we will be following up with an insurance claim. In the meantime the association will be working on getting the palm removed and the landscaping replaced but please be patient as it may take a few weeks for everything to be completely restored.
