New Yard Waste Regulations
Beginning October 1, the Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County has issued new regulations governing pick-up for yard waste.
Gate Access App Update
The ABDI Gate Access app is getting an update!
If you didn’t know already, you can create and then edit your guest list with the ABDI Gate Access App.
Here’s How
First, download the app for your phone by visiting the Apple App or Google Play store.
After dowloading to your phone, consult this page for complete instructions to setup your list.

A Friendly Reminder
All improvements, modifications or replacement of existing structures requires pre-approval from the Architectural Control Committee.
This includes, but is not limited to, roof replacement, new screen enclosures, new fencing, exterior painting, new mailboxes, landscape design, any planting in the swales, new driveways, resurfacing of patios or decking, room additions and pools.

To provide continuity and a uniform appearance to the neighborhood, please select one of these two options when changing your mailbox.
Once you’ve made your choice and before installation, don’t forget that a Architectural Review Board form must be submitted.
