A Friendly Reminder from the Board
All improvements, modifications or replacement of existing structures requires pre-approval from the Architectural Control Committee.
This includes, but is not limited to, roof replacement, new screen enclosures, new fencing, exterior painting, new mailboxes, landscape design, any planting in the swales, new driveways, resurfacing of patios or decking, room additions and pools.

Replacing Your Mailbox? Here's How

To provide continuity and a uniform appearance to the neighborhood, please select one of these two options when changing your mailbox.
Once you've made your choice and before installation, don't forget that a Architectural Review Board form must be submitted.
