Escondido HOA $500 Due April 1, 2026

The Board passed the Fiscal Year 2026 Budget last night. The HOA quarterly dues are now $500 up from $490 from last year. Each homeowner will receive a coupon booklet in the mail with the dollar amount indicated. As a reminder the next quarterly payment of $500 is due on April 1st.
