- PRESSURE CLEAN YOUR ROOF
- PRESSURE CLEAN YOUR DRIVEWAY
- PRESSURE CLEAN YOUR SIDEWALK
- WEED YOUR FLOWER BEDS
- CLEAN YOUR MAILBOX
- KEEP YOUR HEDGES AND TREES TRIMMED (IT'S HURRICANE SEASON)
- PLACE YOUR TRASH AT THE CURB NO EARLIER THAN THE NIGHT BEFORE TRASH DAY.
- TAKE IN ALL TRASH CANS THE DAY THE TRASH SERVICE IS PERFORMED.
- ANY ITEMS NOT TAKEN BY WASTE MANAGEMENT SHALL NOT BE LEFT AT THE CURB.

A Friendly Reminder from the Board:
All improvements, modifications, or replacement of existing structures requires pre-approval from the Architectural Control Committee. This includes, but is not limited to roof replacement, new screen enclosures, new fencing, exterior painting, new mailboxes, landscape design, any planting in the swales, new driveways, resurfacing of patios or decking, room additions, and pools.
