TAKE IN ALL TRASH CANS THE DAY THE TRASH SERVICE IS PERFORMED.

ANY ITEMS NOT TAKEN BY WASTE MANAGEMENT SHALL NOT BE LEFT AT THE CURB.

A Friendly Reminder from the Board:
All improvements, modifications, or replacement of existing structures requires pre-approval from the Architectural Control Committee. This includes, but is not limited to roof replacement, new screen enclosures, new fencing, exterior painting, new mailboxes, landscape design, any planting in the swales, new driveways, resurfacing of patios or decking, room additions, and pools.
