A Friendly Reminder from the Board:

All improvements, modifications, or replacement of existing structures requires pre-approval from the Architectural Control Committee.  This includes, but is not limited to roof replacement, new screen enclosures, new fencing, exterior painting, new mailboxes, landscape design, any planting in the swales, new driveways, resurfacing of patios or decking, room additions, and pools.  Please see the Architectural Review Form under the "Documents and Forms" page.
