Please be aware it is anticipated that the Oak Trees along Escondido Way will be trimmed on Monday June 19th. Please do not park on the road during this time and please stay clear of the workers. The schedule is subject to change (weather) so we will send out another notice a day or two prior to the scheduled work. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
As you may have noticed new guard gate arms and a new electronic bar code system have been installed at the gate. Within the next week or so you will be receiving a packet in the mail describing the distribution of the new bar codes to enter the community. The distribution dates and times are scheduled for July 8th from 8am-Noon, and July 15th from 12-2pm. More detail and a brief explanation of the system is included within the packet being mailed.
