The sod installation along Lyons Road is expected to be completed tomorrow. As you may have noticed some of the sod was already installed over the weekend on Saturday.
The website has been updated with information regarding the proposed improvements by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) to Lyons Road directly adjacent to our neighborhood. To make the information readily available for all residents to view a new tab has been added to the website called "Lyons Road Project Info". http://www.escondidohoa.com/lyons-road-project-info.html
Decal Distribution is this Saturday from 8am-11am at the guardhouse. Please bring a copy of your car registration along with a completed copy of the latest Vehicle Registration Form.
