ROADWAY & CURBING IMPROVEMENTS

Dear Fellow Homeowner(s):
As mentioned in an earlier newsletter, all of the roadways within the neighborhood and some areas of existing curbs are scheduled to be repaved and repaired this year. The curbing replacement is projected to be a two-day project with one day consisting of demolition and the second day consisting of pouring the new curbs. The curbs take approximately two days to fully cure so please keep vehicles away from the newly poured curbs until Friday May 14. It is extremely important that residents and guests do not park in front of or adjacent to the curbs scheduled for replacement. We will also need all residents to turn off their irrigation systems for both days of construction. All curbs planned for replacement are clearly marked with spray paint. Please keep as far away as possible from the construction crews as the saw cutting of the existing curbs creates a great deal of dust. Assuming that the weather cooperates, the curbing improvements are scheduled for the following two days:
Monday May 10th - Curbing Demolition
Tuesday May 11th - Curbing Installation
If there are any last-minute schedule changes, we will send out updates through our website’s email distribution list.
We will be sending out additional letters regarding the schedule and phasing of the roadway project in the upcoming weeks. We currently anticipate the roadway repaving to start June 1st. A detailed map of the phasing and parking restrictions will be sent in a future correspondence.
Please contact John Fischer at (561) 749-9434 if you have any project related questions or concerns.
Thank you,

Chad Edwards
